Salary structure not as per market standard. As contractual employee less salary, less leave, less facility. Please consider to permanent role. Otherwise all good.

There is one thing that the company's HR policy is not biased. Everyone has its words to describe which is much needed in companies which are growing in mass and by wealth as well.

For Employees like us who are in contractual basis. Won't say that there job is not secured, but facilty should have been better regarding Salary hikes and and promotion, as we work hard for the targets to be achieved and being dedicated towards the work assigned for us but no ray of hope is there as in today's market the Hike given yearly is not sufficient to meet the needs of day to day necessities.

Variety of projects, 5 day week, reasonable work times, little interference by others in work, avail & enjoy your holidays

Dislikes

Stagnation for seniors, no retention of good employees, too many managers at top, very low pay scale and appraisals, was a fantastic company once, but not anymore, ruins your market value if you stay for long.
