Not good for TCE consultant ..best for permits employees, Guest is very good if there are permanent employee.. other wise no good services for consultant

...h are in FTC/Consultant role and not considering them in company permanent role. The salary is too less of old experienced engineers more than 15 years associated with TCE.

Best place to learn and growth, work culture was good, work life balance was good, best thing is medical benefits, leaves , culture. I was in MMBU Kolkata office still miss the place and people and definitely will like to work in future there

Overall a big failure platform to work. A kind of a very slow old fashioned outdated work culure and mentality. Too much leg pulling and most important PAN india job, no stability, works like a border soldier, its better to join Indian army instead TCE.
