1. Expects employees to stretch but does not provide over time. 2. Saturday compensation is less than the per day salary. 3. Appraisals are not great unless attrition is there. 4. Nothing at all. You will think that its better to do anything else than to join this company

Dislikes

Salary will not increase for years. For 4-5 years one increment only. Very frequent transfers to client location, which completely destroys the family life. People live in fear that where will they be next month or what work they will do. Managers lie about deputation/transfers tenure. Usually if you are gone to client office then you will only come back after you resign. Work quality is very bad, no skill development, will give any work thus not letting you learn one particular stream and affecting your career growth. Managers are not professional and are also not technically sound.
