Employees are real hard working and dedicated to all kinds of tasks. Deliver work on time and real professionals who try to keep Company's goodwill. Individuals try getting best outta everything and get accomplished in work. Their's high job security and none could defame you by any means. Distribution of tasks are not even, thus contributing to poor work life balance. If you're experienced of say 4-6 years, you will get all the benefits and allowances, else it's really hard to continue. Also, increment, appraisal all depends on how much one keep the boss happy and complacent. There's so lots of new things to learn as company invests in latest calibration tools and equipments.

...es. #) Growth is slow. #) Allowances are limited. #) Work life balance uneven. #) no travel compensation #) No motivation or value the individual uniqueness and strength towards work. #) After even putting sweat to work, there's no appreciation or appraisals from hq end #) Overall politics is high. #) Miscommunication between manager and hq side leading to mislead of engineers and gradual transition in solving breakdowns. #) Cloud of confusion among all, say to attend and close a breakdown call due to non-unity and freedom. #) Note : Highly recommend for freshers to not indulge in this organisation by any means. #) False promises and clearance after resignation is a pain. #) Within city travelling is there.

A very poor performance for this company, I am currently working at this company for NHM project at Manipur, No idea for supplying any PPE kits even a hand sanitizer also as we are going to every district hospitals for breakdown of the equipments for repairing.

I would say honestly that they are using us only for getting their desired invoice and they also cuts our salary in this situation of Covid 19 outbreak.. They always makes a way how to deduct the salary and they don't even know to supply a single sanitizer also as we are biomedical engineers and it's necessary because our work site is hospital mainly.
