Likes

It was a great place to learn from raw material to finished products along with different manufacturing processes. During my short span I had the opportunity to work in two different domains. During my first assignment I had got a chance to with an energetic skilled team. I tried to enjoy every bit of my job and contribute towards growth.

Dislikes

Once it was called as the "Golden Bird" in TATA Group. Due to some internal problems it had to face its worst ever day. Lately it tried to turn around through adding fresh blood but it was too late. It sustained losses for 6 straight years and shut it's operation. Expections, work stress we're high for lower level managers without valuing them. High power politics led it some decision blunders. No value / stagnated career growth for it's home grown employees. Uncontrolled turnover was very high in the executing level.
