Can work from home. Ample opportunities to learn. Saturdays are off. 30 annual leaves.

Dislikes

Little growth (almost none). Micromanagement (feels like harassment sometimes). Work keeps on increasing but salary doesn't.

Exploitation of newbees, low pay than industry standards. Over worked and no work-life balance

Dislikes

Lot of internal politics, poor management, salary is less than low in the industry. On job training was a 2 days affair. Not a good place to work.

Work life balance.

Dislikes

1. No Growth Opportunities. Only a few selected people get promoted who are dear to the management. 2. Always praise your manager and VP/ Director, even if they are making your life miserable. 3. Very toxic environment and if you laugh in the bay area, they would point that out and ensure that you don’t laugh the next time. Witnessed that in COMMERCIAL team.

Worst place I have worked in my career. No learning, no growth. Only thing required is nod your head to what top management says and please everyone. Everyone has their own agenda and it is either to get favours from global HO or promotions. For professional people this is not the place, for those who's careers have come to an end and are looking to cool their heels by pleasing and buttering like a Government job of pre British era, this is the go to place.

C suite people and higher leadership are really great. Good work culture .and great work life balance

Dislikes

Too much politics at head and director level. Over hiring by director and heads led to layoffs of technical people. Functional folks are still servived by making techies irrelevant on record.
