1. No Growth Opportunities. Only a few selected people get promoted who are dear to the management. 2. Always praise your manager and VP/ Director, even if they are making your life miserable. 3. Very toxic environment and if you laugh in the bay area, they would point that out and ensure that you don’t laugh the next time. Witnessed that in COMMERCIAL team.

1. Too much of politics. 2. People who can talk more without working can grow more. 3. Higher level management never recognize developers work. People should understand that project is developed by developers but not with the efforts of Engineering Managers or Senior Business Analyst. 4. No work life balance. 5. HR policies. 6. Most of the technical work is outsourced to vendors and project leads are from vendors. UK office work culture is great and it keeps atmosphere in India to some extent healthy. Most colleagues are extremely great and make you feel comfortable. Cross-functional work culture is good

Dislikes

Politics by top management, some of the senior managers don't even have proper way of talking to employees and use slang. Lot of bias and impractical strategies. Growth shrinks as scope is very less to show skills. People say something and do something else. Totally negative & unprofessional environment
