UK office work culture is great and it keeps atmosphere in India to some extent healthy. Most colleagues are extremely great and make you feel comfortable. Cross-functional work culture is good

Dislikes

Politics by top management, some of the senior managers don't even have proper way of talking to employees and use slang. Lot of bias and impractical strategies. Growth shrinks as scope is very less to show skills. People say something and do something else. Totally negative & unprofessional environment

The office is located at posh New Delhi CP area. Some colleagues in Delhi & UK are gem.

Totally pathetic management and work culture which does not fit in today's progressive times. No creativity or innovation, just banking on past glory. The Company is stuck in 19th century and refuses to change. Most employees here are busy pleasing bosses and peers in UK office with no focus. No clear agenda or goal except just bring in revenue mindlessly. They talk big but do just the opposite. Senior HODs are not bothered and do not support anyone. Please do not join and spoil your career if you are young, dynamic and do not like only buttering and pleasing people. C suite people and higher leadership are really great. Good work culture .and great work life balance

Dislikes

Too much politics at head and director level. Over hiring by director and heads led to layoffs of technical people. Functional folks are still servived by making techies irrelevant on record.
