Compensation here is a joke. Have seen mass firings of 500 people and new hires on bench are asked to look outside as there are no projects left. Absolutely no job security unless you have connections. Promised promotions are usually delayed. The policy of 25% hike with promotion is ignored. I have seen people get 12k hike with promotion. Too much politics. Worse than MNCs known for their politics.

Compensation here is a joke. Last year there was mass firings of about 600 employees. New hires were asked to start looking elsewhere as there where no new projects. Promised promotions are abruptly cancelled last minute. Politics are worse than the politics in some MNCs.

Nothing to like. This is the first time I'm giving a negative review of any workplace.

Dislikes

...during hiring process & misinforms about terms and conditions. Every other dept. mentions their reimbursement policy but for joining bonus, you'll not find anything written in clear terms. 4. Hiring process can span for more than over a month. They will take repeated rounds of interview but will keep you hanging about the results. Won't respond to your mails. It's not employee's fault that company can't get enough projects.

...but team was pathetic due to which we faced many difficulties working in tavant. Shift allowance, compensation and other benefits like parents insurance, reimbursements are ok.

Dislikes

Team, Appraisal, Shifts, career growth, Job Security. There is no lead in a team which could be both good and bad but it depends on project. Very few projects.

Salary on time, location and flexible timing for some extent.

Dislikes

work life balance is not so good, in many project people will be spending 10-11 hours to overlap with us client. 100%service based so job security is also concern. Very small projects , you would be ending with working for 3-4 small project in a year...

Some old managers who don't have idea about how today's technology work but unnecessary withdrawing very high salary , but at ground level who works day and night not get good hike
