On time Salary. Very good, high specs laptop provided to work. Company calling employees back to office, some are still working from home. Work on latest technologies mostly. HR teams ask new joiners for feedback and problems.

Dislikes

Bad work life balance, need to work more than 11 hours, attend client call after office hours. Bad Health Insurance, No OPD facility is more or less like not having insurance at all. Less diversity: most employees are from particular region. No strict work life balance policy.

Nothing to like. This is the first time I'm giving a negative review of any workplace.

Dislikes

...during hiring process & misinforms about terms and conditions. Every other dept. mentions their reimbursement policy but for joining bonus, you'll not find anything written in clear terms. 4. Hiring process can span for more than over a month. They will take repeated rounds of interview but will keep you hanging about the results. Won't respond to your mails. It's not employee's fault that company can't get enough projects.

...he management is transparent. There is cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

1. Team mates are really helpful even Leads and Architects. 2. You will definitely get to work upon latest technologies in most of the projects.

... to putting extra pressure on each individual. 3. Hike is literally an issue. 4. You might get promoted and may get a salary raise as well but its not up to the actual market standards.

...ill get to work on all new technologies and giving time to learn and implement . For right candidate salary and perks are no concerns but you need to be directly in touch with directors or VP.

Dislikes

Managers are just meaning less, you have to be directly touch with directors or VP, else managers will ruin you carrier will support only there regional employee . Few area like UI team has only south people, they don't even select non tamil or noth side people .QA has given unnecessary upper advantage in company . And directors level politics is clearly visible to employee . Here people got promotions not because of talent but because of being in company for many years or because of his buttering talent .Many people who not deserve for architect role but still they are sitting and ruing the project .
