Nothing to like. This is the first time I'm giving a negative review of any workplace.

Dislikes

...during hiring process & misinforms about terms and conditions. Every other dept. mentions their reimbursement policy but for joining bonus, you'll not find anything written in clear terms. 4. Hiring process can span for more than over a month. They will take repeated rounds of interview but will keep you hanging about the results. Won't respond to your mails. It's not employee's fault that company can't get enough projects.

...but team was pathetic due to which we faced many difficulties working in tavant. Shift allowance, compensation and other benefits like parents insurance, reimbursements are ok.

Dislikes

Team, Appraisal, Shifts, career growth, Job Security. There is no lead in a team which could be both good and bad but it depends on project. Very few projects.

Got an opportunity to diversify my skill set

Some old managers who don't have idea about how today's technology work but unnecessary withdrawing very high salary , but at ground level who works day and night not get good hike

The only positive point about Tavant is the company's location. Its in Koramangala, easily accessible from my home

Dislikes

It is not specific to my company, but my project, there is no career growth, no hike, no Onsite opportunities. It's a dead end job.

Good work environment and recognition will be there based on our work.

Mostly the hike is low after we entered into office and when we are in notice we will not get salary but after we resigned, the final settlement will be there include notice period, make employees bit sad..
