Everything with the service which is provided no salary hike ,completing the tenure period same salary we are getting and for festivals also there is leaves governments holidays not providing ,partiality with tenure person paid leaves /sick leaves we have sacrifice our week off if we take sick leaves in between if we take leaves i don't like when they do partiality with the tenure employees

Some senior talk rude and misbehave with new agents using swear word , after complaints also no action taken, favoritism works, plz look after it🙏after all everything is good by management side

Dislikes

No coordination between people. Without coordination no company can grow. Pathetic salary they gave in the last month. They haven't given the full amount. They gave even less than half. Pathetic. Means super pathetic company. I will never suggest anyone to join in this company. Even they create severe mental pressure to a pregnant woman by increasing her work pressure. That's all to say.

...ish bhi daythi hai 2din mai dryclin karkay daythi hai, fogg diodrunt daithi hai.Open or closging time pay yanay aqrate hotha hai. 12:30 open 3:00off.Shamko7:30 ko open 11:00 off.

Payment kam hai or weekly off kay bad 2din chuti li tho 2din off lagtha hai maihgai say payment sai nahi hai. Or benefit kuch nahi, life balance kay liyea payment bachtha nahi.

Hr and management department support was good and Taurus BPO encourage women empowerment was really good. And if in case really womens are facing uncomfortable environment with any men HR department and management take immediate action.

Salary deductions, no incentives for support team, no proper cleanness.
