The working experience is good means if u work as a learning point of view then the company is upgraded to new technology lots of things to earn. It is a project based company and manufacture of big size aluminium casting, which is supplying to raliways , defence, aerospace, energy, healthcare and various industries

Pathetic management system, poor and terrible HR policies, no hygine, delay in salary, false HR commitment, no bonus even it is included in package, force to stop for extra working hours.

The company constantly asked for feedback to improve job performance and increase bottom line sales ( or achieving corporate goals)

I found that there was no more career growth in the company after reaching a certain level. The company had a Stagnant point where they would Simply retain employees without continuing to develop their potential in order to move the company forward. And your previous company lacked the necessary feedback which would have helped employees perform at a higher level.
