The working experience is good means if u work as a learning point of view then the company is upgraded to new technology lots of things to earn. It is a project based company and manufacture of big size aluminium casting, which is supplying to raliways , defence, aerospace, energy, healthcare and various industries

Dislikes

Pathetic management system, poor and terrible HR policies, no hygine, delay in salary, false HR commitment, no bonus even it is included in package, force to stop for extra working hours.

1) Exhaustive work timings 2) No work & personal life balance 4) No any team activity or group activities. 4) HR policies are terrible 5) Middle Management

Senior management is open for improvement ideas and supports continously. Also, the office and shop floors are world class.

Dislikes

Many times, senior management directly interfere in the day to day tasks of middle management. HR policies to be reviewed.

I like the. Professional attitude and the workplace Environment. The company also believed in their employees and seemed to really think about my future growth and professional progress. The company constantly asked for feedback to improve job performance and increase bottom line sales ( or achieving corporate goals)

Dislikes

I found that there was no more career growth in the company after reaching a certain level. The company had a Stagnant point where they would Simply retain employees without continuing to develop their potential in order to move the company forward. And your previous company lacked the necessary feedback which would have helped employees perform at a higher level.

Taural has good working environment,people working here has great bonding.about job security , it is secured little bit thinks will may happen.its nice to say ,people growing here has great skil ,employee is confident not for his area he may has skil to handle other work too...

nothing to say, but some time i seen about buss facility...
