Documentation is quite good. Executive director and other senior is very knowledgeable and honest.

Dislikes

...are qualified person in the organization. In tripura the condition is very poor. So I regine from the post without serving notice period without taking last salary. The inhuman staffs are there as senior in tripura they always inspire or pressure you to adjust with corruption or leave the job. Do mental harrassment to leave the job. But higher level (CEO and executive director)and organisation is the best in the india.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .salary is decent but career growth is slow .there is a bond of 2 yare before which you cannot resign .on the job training in not given to new joinees.
