Here in Tata tinplate company ..environment of working culture is good and even job is secure as they follow the Tata board of conduct..and company provides several benefits like house,petrol allowances and yearly increments etc....

Salary increases every year on time, but grade or we can say promotions are were difficulty to get...that's the reason I want to switch over the job

I like the culture and work life balance of this company. Also the growth is too good as compared to other company. At present top leading company of india. Made good food packing products which is very satisfying.

The salary structure is good. but at this time, it should quite better than previous salary structure.

Likes

I got a good opportunity to work with the people of various backgrounds. Thus I have trained myself without any specific training. In the initial stage of my carrier I was guided by my team leader and that was a very good opportunity of learning. I got an opportunity to work with various persons e.g. lawyers, consultant etc which has given me good opportunity to know more about my industry. Thus all the above has inspired me to give innovative ideas.

Dislikes

Our work was evaluated on the basis of neighboring industry of the town but the compensation was not equal and growth was also very slow. In the last phase of my service the team leader was not appreciated our experience and thus work was effected consequently I was not able to deliver as desired or required by the industry.

work environment is good and honestly speaking there are very few factors of the company to be appreciated .

...etween teammates is poor and there is discrimination for selection for training. job security is decent while career growth is poor not to mention the fact that salary is the worst in the city among the major ones.

Unprofessional Senior with low confidence and even demoralizing nature. Neither they do anything nor they let you do. Afraid to take any decision. Even the shift culture is very bad no professionalism and bad attitude. WORST TATA group company to work with.
