The salary structure is good. but at this time, it should quite better than previous salary structure.

I got a good opportunity to work with the people of various backgrounds. Thus I have trained myself without any specific training. Our work was evaluated on the basis of neighboring industry of the town but the compensation was not equal and growth was also very slow. I was responsible for all the direct taxes of Company, but I was kept out side of the GST implementation team. Which has effected me initially to know all the in and out of the GST. But being a professional I have learned myself.

work environment is good and honestly speaking there are very few factors of the company to be appreciated .

coordination between teammates is poor and there is discrimination for selection for training. job security is decent while career growth is poor not to mention the fact that salary is the worst in the city among the major ones.
