Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees

It's all good but I been working from last one and half years but there is no increment in salary and in future also no expecting for increment.

The company is Very Good. Always teach to work with honesty. Transparent culture

Dislikes

...work day and night and complete your task. But in the end, you will get nothing. Very low pay and double work as compared to other companies. I like the Company but the only problem with Finance Department Physopanti. Poor Work-life balance. keep available yourself 24 hours by 7 days.
