Maximum things like salary,travel,work life balance and learning are above good.salary comes on time.

Dislikes

Working environment is pathetic due to badly managed by lower and senior management.Politics is on higher level bacause of manager seating at one location around 10 to 15 years. Management is not having new and todays compatiable learning skill in their manager as in other vendor management is better then TTSL managers. Company goes in to losses every year because of ignorance of employee's satisfaction,higher level political environment,lack of skill of management tact applied by unskilled managers.

The company is Very Good. Always teach to work with honesty. Transparent culture

Dislikes

...work day and night and complete your task. But in the end, you will get nothing. Very low pay and double work as compared to other companies. I like the Company but the only problem with Finance Department Physopanti. Poor Work-life balance. keep available yourself 24 hours by 7 days.
