Career growth/path though steady but slow, too much of dependancy of senior management on middle management which tends to overlooks the good work of other employees

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. We work happily on collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow, the work pressure is vy high..

The company is Very Good. Always teach to work with honesty. Transparent culture

...work day and night and complete your task. But in the end, you will get nothing. Very low pay and double work as compared to other companies. I like the Company but the only problem with Finance Department Physopanti. Poor Work-life balance. keep available yourself 24 hours by 7 days.

Zero increment in salary in 10 years but the work responsibilities kept on increasing,,only false verbal appreciation..Management is not at all following Tata Culture
