Career growth/path though steady but slow, too much of dependancy of senior management on middle management which tends to overlooks the good work of other employees

It's been good working in TATA all colleagues are friendly in nature and off are nearby station

Dislikes

It's all good but I been working from last one and half years but there is no increment in salary and in future also no expecting for increment.

The company is Very Good. Always teach to work with honesty. Transparent culture

Dislikes

...work day and night and complete your task. But in the end, you will get nothing. Very low pay and double work as compared to other companies. I like the Company but the only problem with Finance Department Physopanti. Poor Work-life balance. keep available yourself 24 hours by 7 days.

Zero increment in salary in 10 years but the work responsibilities kept on increasing,,only false verbal appreciation..Management is not at all following Tata Culture
