Every Saturday Sunday holiday is good to spend time with Family. No. Of Training are arrange and available for skill enhancement.

Dislikes

We are not Happy in working in Tata Motors. Variable pay is not getting completely due to dependent on rating Bell curve.

Initially salary is good but low increment in next year and no any bonus. Salery diduction is high Work at clint location thats why sometimes feel like third part job

Dislikes

Salery increment and job culture is as third prty. No any HR to listen you properly and everytime if any issues then rise a ticket on portal and most of time unsetisfectuon

The team mates in my project are good. Our project manager is quite understanding. Also in my current project ,there is a lot of scope for learning and gaining expertise on tools.

...fe,first they remove out of state peoples no link between work and appraisal You will never ever get variable pay don't consider in your ctc,good for freshers for 1 or 2 years only, policy is very flaxible thay can change any time Every year new policy, in the Tata group Tata Technologies is the worst company

Dislikes

...on employees with very different salaries.promotions or appraisals are not good. Company gives new employees better packages,but old loyal employees are getting half salary even if they have much greater experience

I’m in a situation and need some guidance. I have a job offer with: CTC: 9.4 LPA fixed + 21% variable = 11.4 LPA total. Location: Chennai (not ideal for me). Another opportunity is in the pipeline, with a more suitable location, but the expected CTC is around 9.4 LPA, which is significantly lower than the first offer. To add to the dilemma, the HR of the second company feels that asking for 12 LPA (considering my 9.4 LPA fixed offer) is too high. How would you approach this decision?
