TTL blame on Client and Client blame on TTL by saying that "we gave good rating but it is upto TTL to give hike". 4. If working at Tata motors as client place, one of the bad place to work as TTL employee. You will be treated not better than slave. Only work, work and work. 5 TML people pressurising and taking work for 10-12 hours from you to Fulfill their requirement of KPI. Nobody cares and Nobody talks about your skill development or growth. 6. If don't have any option then only join TTL. 7. Just name sack it's TATA but not like other TATA group of companies. 8. Working at Tata motors as client place, work culture is not good. Still old fashion people and their mind setup. 9. You don't have proper place to seat and you will be so luck to get place and work station. 10. Please take proper feedback from your colleague/friends before joining TTL.

Though is a service based company, the level and amount of work done is no less to an OEM in itself. For someone willing to work through and scale up the technical ladder has enormous potential due to the way the company engages with its clients. There is a level of trust reposed on every individual at every level and sufficient enablers are in place to help individuals take up more roles and responsibilities. Is a good company for those who are willing to put in the required efforts to get the job done. Rest assured, one will be a transformed individual with the quality of work thats done here at the organization.

...urity quotient. Being on bench is always a risky proposition for any individual. This apart, salary/appraisal is below par compared to the industry standards, with no variable pay awarded for almost 3years now to this date. Company policies are very ambiguous with many being derived in a way a manager/HR finds it suitable. None of the options such as child care, free food, team outings, further education assistance, soft skill training, etc., are available for employees.
