Very close knit team. We worked in great cohesion. There’s always a team spirit about getting things done - especially with Tata Engage. Every single day of my years of service with the group taught me something worthwhile. Work pressure can get high. After a while ‘working like it’s a start-up’ can get exhausting. But with better growth opportunities and more hiring the team can definitely help people get back work-life balance. Growth opportunities and mentoring for young joiners definitely can be improved.
