Teammates were good. Job security level 80%. Don't have career growth. Salary growth is like tortoise. There was no future skill growth. Anyone can give time to family. Good for newly married life.

Salary increment very low as compared to peer companies Infrstructure is old fashioned.Way behind todays corporate infra. Office hours of 9.30 hrs is sometimes too hectic even considering saturday as holiday. WFH only for name.You cant take it as per your requirement need a strong reason for taking it.

Lack of outlook. 5.No work satisfaction Moreover only join when you don't have any resources to feed your family,don't waste your time in such a organisation whose management are not agile but they are claiming in paper,if you like to use your engineering in establishing of park, toilet, and small scale shades then this place is for you.
