...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling . Company policies are good ,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...ou will not be aware of that. Their attitude and ego is as high as IAS officers. They will add your bonus amount to CTC and provide your ctc structure in informal format and it will vary in your appointment letter so please do recheck and negotiate again

Dislikes

Many people whose salary is very low but not pay revised till now.This salary structure is not acceptable in this company. Jamshedpur and Kalinganagar site rules are very good, but Meramandali site rule is very bad.kindly look into this matter.
