Heavy corporate politics, nepotism at its peak, benefits are just an illusion, management is highly unprofessional, compensation is industry lowest, CTC is flawed, employees' overall development is zero, and many many more. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is low and career growth is slow.on this job training is not given to new joinees

Slow growth. For laterals, negotiate your salary well. Don't get trapped in Tata's brand name, as there won't be salary appraisals on entire CTC. Low compensation.

If you are working here then it's total waste of time and carrier because you will be dragged by superior person you never get growth here it's better to avoid here and even you work here will get exploit here
