Tata think that ,the college from where they hired student only here in B.tech engineering subjects are teaches to the students in other colleges Tata think in B.tech except engineering subjects other subjects like history, geography, seismology teaches to the students.

Tata steel hold some part of its ethics, other wise it has became like any other pvt player in market

Dislikes

Currently company loosing it's charm which used to be 10 year ago. Compensation is also reduced in terms of market avg among many.

Dislikes

Less work life balance. Excessive and unnecessary paper work. Bossy culture especially after Tata Take over. No shop floor experience and guidance from seniors except few seniors. Pathetic union culture

Dislikes

poor management, slow career growth, low salary increases, extended working hours during peak periods, a perceived lack of investment in employee development, outdated HR practices, and concerns about job security due to potential plant shutdowns or restructuring.

Likes

The pay structure is still good for freshers and employee related benefits are good. However, i have worked only in Tata Steel and hence not aware about the benefits which other companies provide.

Dislikes

Growth opportunities are limited. Extreme bureaucracy and things move really slow.
