There is a whole list. Heavy corporate politics, nepotism at its peak, benefits are just an illusion, management is highly unprofessional, compensation is industry lowest, CTC is flawed, employees' overall development is zero, and many many more. ...in Tata steel. They are maximum vendors. The middle man are taking all benefits. The worker who are doing so hard labor they are getting so less salary.

Tata Steel mostly take his first priority to the slogan safety first and also maintain his quantity control and take necessary steps against his workers and as well as employees.

In Tata steel Kalinganagar, there is no more focus on Project workers like his salary,pf,esic, bonus and leave and f and f is either paid or not paid.

If you are working here then it's total waste of time and carrier because you will be dragged by superior person you never get growth here it's better to avoid here and even you work here will get exploit here
