There is literally nothing, I like about this company. I have to think about what I can write in this section. But I didn't got anything to write.

...to your nearest location or you will get accommodation in company's township. Then there is huge deduction in salary. Which is not shown in salary slip. They will provide detailed annexure of how much CTC. But when you receive your salary slip there will be huge difference. Then no one will listen to you. Everyone will force you to shift to khopoli or leave the job. You have to manage your accommodation and food. Because canteens food is costly and you will be suffering digestive problems many times. Then if you are engineer, you are made to work like operator. Everyone has to do all work. If cleaning person is not available, then you have to do cleaning by yourself. The level of work we do is not for engineers. Even 12th pass can easily do documentation work. It clearly means that we are only there to work as Inspection Operator. If no work load is there, you can not sit idle in your cabin silently. Because you are new joinee. You have to impress your managers by showing that you are doing something. Even if you clean your cabin. He will be impressed. He will not see whether you are doing any engineer's work or helpers work. Company provides you 45 days leave. But, your HOD will not going to approve your single day leave, until you beg to him. I live 40km away from company location. Borrowed 50laks loan to buy my dream house. But unfortunately, I joined Tata steel BSL. Because of the name TATA. Now I'm forced to stay in khopoli and leave my house. Because there is no bus service to my home location. And before joining HR made false promises about bus service. What should I do? I'm suffering. My more than half salary is going into EMI and 6k in petrol. I'm financial problems every month. And this 40km bike riding making my health as well as mental problems. Apart from this, old employees play politics.

Tata Steel is repitated Company and its also take care of their emplyees does not matter that employees are on pay roll or contract basis.

In and out timing punch that also deducted your leave if you will out from office before 5minutes of your off time

Worst company to work with. Before it was my dream company to work with. I appeared in AET exam to get job here. But unfortunately I got permanent job and then my bad luck started. Many times in a month went to depression because of this job.

Managers, shift incharge, work profile, company HR, Admin people's, salary, traveling, shift rotation, everything every single thing.

Many people whose salary is very low but not pay revised till now.This salary structure is not acceptable in this company. Jamshedpur and Kalinganagar site rules are very good, but Meramandali site rule is very bad.kindly look into this matter.

If you are working here then it's total waste of time and carrier because you will be dragged by superior person you never get growth here it's better to avoid here and even you work here will get exploit here

There is a lot of politics here and management doesn't address our issues salary is also poor slow growth
