1.Salary structure is very poor in officer/Sr.officer post that will affect your personal and family life. only bachelor can survive in that salary. 2.No accommodation/House provided as Tata steel and other tata group are being provided and HRA is very less . 3.Career growth is very slow, After working more than 8 years you will be in the post untill and unless there is any vacancy in your upper level post. If there is no any vacant post in higher lvl ..you will be in the same post. 3. Performance Management system Review should be better and fair. 4.There is lot of politics in the department which will affect during appraisal time.

...large amount pay for launch . Work culture is not good , not any satisfaction . Salary comes very little in hand . Doing extra hours duty with 6 days working .

Job security is good, if you don't work hard then you don't get good ratings but job is secure.

- very low pay scale - very low bonus - company doesn't follow any time line of increment of salary or bonus. - very slow HR department - management doesn't respect extra effort of employees
