There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond off 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

Slow growth. For laterals, negotiate your salary well. Don't get trapped in Tata's brand name, as there won't be salary appraisals on entire CTC. Low compensation.

Company policy is based for only senior person employees not for juniors. Management is good but it is based on senior persons. Company policy is good but inside it is different from it.

...e is a lot of politics inside plant & the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is descent but career growth is slow. Every year, mostly same person salary increament by grade by HOD. It is not fare for all. All works same in my opinion so, all should have to growth & also growth in salary. Performance Bonus system is also based on salary on grade. It is poor.

Now a days job security becomes worst. late working hours. Salary hike will be on basic..so you get chiller on hike.Promotion :- Too slow. Facilities cutting started.Location worst. Never come to Join Kalinganagar location.
