Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, and good salary and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management. Future is decent career growth is slow. And private tender bond 1 year or 2 year to his job.

I like the environment which encourages my personality. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...rting, SAP online entry etc. and my work along with co- staffs are satisfactory. But sorry to say that monthly salary on account below 10k. So I have quit this job.

The pay structure is still good for freshers and employee related benefits are good. However, i have worked only in Tata Steel and hence not aware about the benefits which other companies provide.

Growth opportunities are limited. Extreme bureaucracy and things move really slow.

Salary. Low in hand salary as per ctc, no accomodation facility specially for new joining. Double HRA facilities for locals but not for whom out side.
