...d not clarity by heads on the tasks assignment between lL4 and lL5 employees. 2. Lateral hired employees are cheated by company in terms of pay packages , and the high pays are paid to freshers from top b-schools who are hired as Mtc over lateral employees who carry decent exposure of industry. 3. For performing sales person joining from outside, their careers is ruined. 4. Head is partial between newly joined lateral employees and the existing employees from hired as mtc. I have very strong view that if someone joining tata steel then join as MTC to get fair treatment else the company is not good for the laterally hired employees and can lead to ruin their past stable career who trust to join the firm on the name of TATA brand image in the market.

5 day week job. Flexible timing.

Dislikes

Now a days job security becomes worst. late working hours. Salary hike will be on basic..so you get chiller on hike.Promotion :- Too slow. Facilities cutting started.Location worst. Never come to Join Kalinganagar location.

After the demise of Ratan Tata, Tata Steel is no longer a place to work anymore. The Stupid HR policy, Forced Retirements, reduced number of leaves are the new normal. The only good part was the OPD medical facility which be discontinued from April onwards as well.

Dislikes

Less work life balance. Excessive and unnecessary paper work. Bossy culture especially after Tata Take over. No shop floor experience and guidance from seniors except few seniors. Pathetic union culture
