Job security is good, if you don't work hard then you don't get good ratings but job is secure.

Dislikes

- very low pay scale - very low bonus - company doesn't follow any time line of increment of salary or bonus. - very slow HR department - management doesn't respect extra effort of employees

Location is good. Tata brand.

Dislikes

There is a whole list. Heavy corporate politics, nepotism at its peak, benefits are just an illusion, management is highly unprofessional, compensation is industry lowest, CTC is flawed, employees' overall development is zero, and many many more. Very high Job security almost equivalent to government jobs. Good work life balance.

Dislikes

Extremely slow growth exactly like government jobs. Minimal increament and low average package for an MBA graduate from top tier B school. This is not a company one should join after completing MBA. The work culture is not suitable for MBA grads and average age in almost every team is 45+ In my opinion, my reporting manager was a head of department who was micromanaging and had come from a marketing background directly into procurement without any knowledge of procurement. Weird way of promoting people in cross functions.

Lateral are getting higher salary with less experience, While trainees are getting so less salary. I started at 7900 basic salaries and now after 6 years, I get 15000 basic pay. Not a good hike in salary.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
