Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, and good salary and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management. Future is decent career growth is slow. And private tender bond 1 year or 2 year to his job.

I like the environment which encourages my personality. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Very nice place to work, Every thing is good for a permanent employee, but there is huge discrimination of salary and facilities between permanent employee and vendor employee. worst place to work as a vendor employee.

Almost every work has been done on the ground level by the contractor or vendor employee but the salary and other facilities of vendor employee is worst. very difficult to work as vendor employee.

...rting, SAP online entry etc. and my work along with co- staffs are satisfactory. But sorry to say that monthly salary on account below 10k. So I have quit this job.

Only monthly remuneration below 100000 and no hike in future my dear friends.

Promotions are very late and difficult to experience persons...... Salary increment also very late....total Salary revision will do after 7 years is too late...and basic yearly increment is given low value...minimum monthly 100/- then yearly 1200/- is better to us..this is minimum value we think. Running with low manpower..this is not good for worker's health...
