BUT GROUND LEVEL IMPLEMENTATION IS ON ZERO. YOU WILL BE SHAMED IN FRONT OF PEOPLE / OLDIES WITH THEIR GROUP WITH TALK ABOUT YOU. MOST TWO FACED PEOPLE. Dislikes

Compensation is decent. But growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day a Ihave to attend cliend calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength which is why I have to take back my seggestions most of the times.
