Top management is clueless .everyone is working to achieve his kras.No vision of management to grow .all just work for existence and their own survival . Foreign Tour scheme clearance is only agenda of Top management

...anger. I had one This is one company of Tata's where everything is at its worst. Company is at huge loss and hence, they are cutting Manpower

Dislikes

Worst experience with the company. They don't provide you with learning. No support from the Top Management. If you work Ethically, u will be sent out ( PIP ). Entire company's Sales team and distributors are working in unethical means to achieve Targets. So, if you work ethically, u will be odd one out and ultimately, your performance will dip and they won't provide you with the time to improve your performance and hence you will be put in PIP. Glad I left soon.

The Salary compensation is good and give other benefits to different Tata entities.

Work Culture is not good and No work Life balance at all. All the senior managers are not accepting any new Idea coming from the new members of the team.

Boot lickers can only survive in this company full of employees here since 1000 BC and are going to stay here till the company drowns Do NOT JOIN this Company ! I REPEAT DO NOT JOIN CULTURE IS TOXIC , ONLY SHOW OFF PEOPLE WHO DO NO WORK SURVIVE HERE. DATA FUDGING IS A NORM IN THIS COMPANY. CEO IN FAVOUR OF LEAVES / NO WORK ON SAT SUNDAY. BUT GROUND LEVEL IMPLEMENTATION IS ON ZERO. YOU WILL BE SHAMED IN FRONT OF PEOPLE / OLDIES WITH THEIR GROUP WITH TALK ABOUT YOU. MOST TWO FACED PEOPLE. Will talk nicely but will turn against you anytime. Stupid people through and through. Zero Knowledge & big talks.

...verything. My team is awesome, people do respect irrespective of role or native. Good employee engagement program, no micro management and competitive salary. There is a team who focuses on upskilling and gives ample space to grow yourself. Cheers

Nothing much. It depends on team to team, I sometime need to stretch little bit for few work other then that everything is sorted.
