1. Confirm Staffs are getting Salary @last day or 1st day of the month. 2. New MD Mr Vinayak Pai is a very good and effective Person. 3. Bachelor accomodation at Project Site is good and very organized. 4. TPL is nicely celebrating Safety day, Quality day and environment day at every year in Project Offices. 5. Few top level technical & Managerial Staffs are highly experienced, effective and very cooperative.

1. Most of the employees are on Contract basis and not getting Salary on time at Project Sites. 2. In HR Section from CHRO to Junior level all are working for their own growth and not bothered for orgaization or employees growth. 3. Staffs selection process is not at all as per induustry standard. 4. No Policy for recruiting, designation, settlement of Salary, increment & Promotion, Staff & Workmen welfare. 5. TATA Railway & Road division (Infra Sector) is most corrupted & crowded with more non ethical persons. 6. CHRO is not aware about what is happening at Site. Just visiting site, giving some recorded speech (never motivated) and leaving the Project Site or Offices. 7. CHRO is not aware about the Performance of the Project. CHRO is dancing as per HR Head & HR Head is simply dancing as per instruction of SBU & BU head. 8. CHRO is not interested to listen about Site actual feedback and simply beliving the HR Head's statement. 9. No Job security here. Anytine they can deploy or remove any level of Staffs from VP/GM to Junior level based on their requirement. 10. CHRO is simply here for giving lecture. He doesn't know what he is talking. 11. I recommend that nobody should Join TATA Projects. Please note that during finalization of CTC they will tell you a good package. In appointment letter large amount they are giving in PLR. This amount is based on highest performer of the year. When you will get increment, you will not get even 50% of this PLR amount. This means you are not getting CTC as committed by HR department. HR dept of TPL is completely doing fraud with innocent Staffs. PLR is completely depends on various factors and lower & middle management staffs are not at all responsible for all these factors. 12. In HR deprtment Office based Staffs are always getting good increment and Promotion, but Project based Poor staffs are working more but at the end of the day they are not getting anything. 13. Here customer is the ring master for TATA Projects. 14. Last but not least is TPL's top level selection process. They recruiting any level of Staffs without getting proper feedback from previous organization. 15. TPL's labour welfare at Site level is very Poor. How they are managing it is a question mark for all the People. 16. Here nobody is ready to accept the real truth. If CPM of the Project is giving the right feed back, if he is not ready to do any unethical practices as per instruction of SBU Head or BU Head or few Customer; he will be removed from the Organization (TATA Pojects) without any notice. 17. TATA Projects Ralway & Road division is giving temporary appointment for maximum Staffs and before completing just five years they TPL will terminate their employment and will issue new appointment letter based on resubmitted Application/CV. They are doing it to avoid giving benefit to the employees. According to Graduity Act 1972, an employee is eligible to receive grauity amount after completing five years. That is the reason TPL is terminating their Job before completing five years and issuing new Offer. CHRO / HR Head all are knows about this bad practice, but not taking any acton. 18. If you submit your resignation with 3 months notice as per appointment conditions, HR Head will tell you that they will pay three months salary (Basic only) if you take release immediately. When you will agree, HR will tell you to resubmit online resignation in ERP System mentioning reliving immediately. If you write it in ERP and that would be the final record and then HR will release you immediately deductinf three months salary from your dues on account of short notice period. Please be very caeful about the act of CHRO / HR People in TATA Projects. 19. If you approach to MD/ COO/ ED for your benefit, Then CHRO/HR Head will make some storey about you and presnt it to MD/COO/ED/Audit Cell to save their Skin. 20. If you Complaint to Prime Minister's Complaint Cell, Labour Commissioner, Customer's MD or PMC Director level... CHRO will call or email you that as you have submitted Complain, you are not eligible to recheck about your dues. All these are my observations during my 7 years association with this Organization. I also resigned after completion of 7 years and giving my best performance as a Chief Project Manager. Till date I am fighting for my benefit and also my Pension EPS95.

Too many dislikes, They give a salary package which may attract you but they are not giving any other benefits, which will reduce your actual package. It will only look higher in numeric term but increase your cost of living at project sites. Your tax liability will also be increased as the CTC is higher compared to similar organisations. Don't get into trap of position, as they give higher position at supervisory role. No respect will be given for your experience. Poor working culture. They will even not provide you the basic requirement such as PPEs. Often employees are purchasing their own PPEs. No work life balance, even off during public holidays are not given. Worst culture yet for me. Their policy and practices have a huge mismatch. TPL is a blot to Tata's name and reputation.

I was working on Site. I disliked most is too many boss to report. No proper work process and seniors are very much insecure if you want to improve the system. Office politics in its peak. No work satisfaction and recognition.

Nothing other than fixed salary date

Dislikes

1.only internal politics 2. Zero work life balance 3. No recognisation for hardworker. Only managements reference employee gets benifit. 4. Even after 180 days working leave is not approved. 5. HR admin department is the worst. 0ays no heed to employee benefit. 6. People only join thinking tata group however in TPL no one staus more than 2 years.
