Salary will be always in time. Focuses special attention towards occupational health and safety.

There is no fix HR. Lower experience Candidate may get higher payment and vice versa for higher experience candidate depending on the connection of the candidate. Site facilities are not good. There is no GH or conveyance available. No digitization for site related activities.
