All precautions were taken during lockdown and post lockdown also. Work from home was encouraged and no salary has been deduted in any manner. HIS policies also have modified for COVID 19

Dislikes

1.only internal politics 2. Zero work life balance 3. No recognisation for hardworker. Only managements reference employee gets benifit. 4. Even after 180 days working leave is not approved. 5. HR admin department is the worst. 0ays no heed to employee benefit. 6. People only join thinking tata group however in TPL no one staus more than 2 years.
