There was an huge gap in between top management & site execution team, they are not able to make a strong team those can execute large value project on schedule time, most of the old employees just pass their time.

1.only internal politics 2. Zero work life balance 3. No recognisation for hardworker. Only managements reference employee gets benifit. 4. Even after 180 days working leave is not approved. 5. HR admin department is the worst. 0ays no heed to employee benefit. 6. People only join thinking tata group however in TPL no one staus more than 2 years.
