The training procedure are very skillfull, management leaders are very good.

The third party of TATA PRAVESH that is Smart Care, the management is not good. It needs more knowledge about the work and management. The EASY CONSTRUCTION part of smart care needs more training about the work and they have a toxic work culture which demotivate the employees. And these are the reasons why so many technicians resigned from this company.

It is a product of Tata service company. Awesome fantastic product which is backed by both conspiracy warranty and guarantee and saves people their expenses in future. Their product is very good.
