Its just the brand value

...would be free of cost if we work there for 4 years. Else we need to buy back it. When it was time to buy back i had to pay about 50k for it. WHICH WAS ALSO NOT MENTIONED DURING INTERVIEW. The work culture is too bad. No one cares about employees.

Less Salary Middle Management is by and large underqualified to undertake the responsibility. TATA Power -DDL is one of the worst place. Growth prospects are very less.

Nothing much. Its not a Tata Company, only on paper it is Tata Brand

...son will decide everything hence concept of senior management is largely absent. Poor pay as compared to market, variable component is very high. Career growth is slow. Policies and thought process of management is very archiac. No trust on employees by management and 24x7, employees are in anxiety.

Nothing great about the company. Just a Tata brand, but nothing like Tata Culture. Infact there is no culture. The company is driven by 1 man. It behaves more like a lala company.

Dislikes

Basic fundamentals are missing. No concept of compensation only payroll. No org structure and designations are not aligned to structure. Work life balance is terrible. Everything is urgent and important without right tools and adequate time to do them.

Nothing much to talk about except for brand name Tata on your CV. Company doesn't qualify for being part of Tata Group.

...looked by management and there is no thought of improving any process or system. Poor salary increase and very slow career growth. Not a place for good performer.
