Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Promotion policy is baised and increment is based on rating from reporting manager, so it is totally baised based on reporting managers not based on the work you have done for.

Dislikes

Salary is low in comparison to other company. Promotion mainly depends on oiling-buttering. No work-life balance. Incompetent person judges a competent person. Departmental posting not occur with knowledge/experience on that department.

Poor Salary, Huge Pay Gap, No incentives and Bonuses, Facilities and Perks are not as compared to other Tata Groups, Salary deducted if performance not satisfactory, you are expected to work on weekends and holidays also, in hand salary is 40% less than your ctc and many more

...would be free of cost if we work there for 4 years. Else we need to buy back it. When it was time to buy back i had to pay about 50k for it. WHICH WAS ALSO NOT MENTIONED DURING INTERVIEW. The work culture is too bad. No one cares about employees.
