Dislikes

Worst culture and boss is not good. lot of poltics. Boss abuses badly. Really frustrated here. Searching for a new job. Never expected Tata Brand will have such worst culture.

- Learning is amazing - Benefits as Tata are decent

Dislikes

- Poor salary - No retention Policy have seen employees who were working for 20 years leaving the organisation and there was not even exit interview conducted - No work life balance openly promoted by head HR as there is no 9 to 5 job - Rating are decided by HR on basis of Bellcurve and not efforts

Performance appraisal is not based on performance, it’s completely to motivate the employees like if any employee perform low can get good appraisal and if an employee having good performance can get alternate year appraisal instead of regular apprisal.

Dislikes

There are only a handful of people who get good ratings every year without doing any work, and mostly hard working people are not taken care of, the pay grade at TPREL is lower than other companies.
