If you are not expert in licking, then you will be thrown out or they will make sure you to get separated. Absolutely they don't give a damn what skills you have and how you leveraged your connections to perform well, they treat you like a threat. They are miles away from creating a successful B2B plateform. There are fundamental issues with this organisation. Management is confused on the way forward. There are too many trial and errors. Layoffs are very common and one could get sacked within 6 months of getting hired. The coordination between business and central team needs strengthening.

The most non-Tata company ever. They reinvent the business model every quarter. Have no vision whatsoever for the business. Roles change as per their whimsies. Everyone works for their personal gains. No one cares about the org as a whole. Would highly recommend to stay away if you love your mental health and your career. Each and everyone is looking out for a job. They have asked huge of amount of workforce to resign.
