... holding it back because no one honestly thinks to drive it through the success. Each one of the senior management personnel just ensuring that there salary gets credited each month. If you think you work hard then they will break your entirely with toxic culture and office politics. No any mechanism available to deal with it, HR dept. acts so poor while you connect to them regarding your observation on inappropriate culture and misconduct. If you are not expert in licking, then you will be thrown out or they will make sure you to get separated. Absolutely they don't give a damn what skills you have and how you leveraged your connections to perform well, they treat you like a threat. They are miles away from creating a successful B2B plateform. There are fundamental issues with this organisation. Each employee act as they are industry experts, Tata management should have asked them why their sales figures taking deep dive after spending millions. I suggest not to consider this organisation for your career aspirations, particularly if you cones from steel background.
