Tata motors is one of the best place for work ....but the issue is salary only 14000 & in hand salary is 12400.I saw some people doing 2 jobs bcoz of they can't afford expenses ...n the work period is only 7 months

Good work environment. Team mates and higher authorities are supportive. Every day is like a new challenge to learn something new. Really helped to enhance my skills and abilities.

Salary isn't up to the mark with the work. And they provide only 15 leaves for a year.

The job experience at Tata motors was pretty exciting and knowledgeable as it is a vast ocean of knowledge for the freshers and a good company to start with....The work culture and ethics are fantastic and also the top management is supportive and friendly in case of doubt and uncertainty... You get the supervision of experienced seniors and help enrich your knowledge and expertise..
