Temporary salary issues. No chances of confirmation after 3-4 years experience completed in tata motors.

1.Employee friendly policies. 2.Excellent pay package and incentives. 3.Good career Opportunities for both Learning and Growth . 4.Cutting edge technology utilised in manufacturing systems. 5. Stable growth and job security.

Quality focus wasn't visible. Volume culture dominant. Performance Management System was manual and not free from bias

Likes

Company is really good but doesn't think about there temporary employees (Officials or Workers). Production staff is really good but some officials really makes everything worst for others. Company management doesn't want to look for future and they doesn't think that some best freshers which are giving their 100% and showing their skills can really become an asset for future. But there hiring criteria is not good.

Dislikes

... look into the problem and just wanna yell. Internal Politics within the DGMs. Less salary, jobs on contract basis, no future for freshers.

Very good in terms of etiquettes & manners,rules.Food quality is top notch.Best in the world in terms of employee safety.

If you join as a trainee(NTTF/NAPS) or apprentice (GOVT.ITI) You'll regret your worklife why you've joined this company,trainers give you fake hope of placements but sad part is that certificates not going to work anywhere you'll not get any job as trainers have told you like big stipends packages.sometimes tata gives you somewhere good packages but Diploma holders stay away from this job, Prefer diploma from govt engg colleges.But it's good job for needy people.Also I've seen increase in all trainees stipends because of resignations.
